1.Product Introduction:

This is our 75cnc2a1s pipe bending machine which is used to bend many kinds of pipes and tubes such as the metal pipes and aluminum pipes. This pipe bender machine is mainly used to bend aluminum pipes. Because the aluminum profiles materials are relatively soft and prone to deformation,  there are some points should be noted.

• We need to set the suitable bend radius. A radius that is too small may cause deformation or rupture of the aluminum pipes.
• Pay attention to the bending angle to ensure that the machine can achieve the desired bending angle.
• Set appropriate process parameters based on the properties of the aluminum pipe material and the specifications of the machine, including bending speed, bending force, etc.
  
• Design appropriate fixtures to secure the aluminum tube, ensuring that there is no movement or misalignment during the bending process.
  
• For certain special aluminum alloy materials, heating treatment may be necessary to improve their bendability.
• For bent aluminum pipes, quality inspection shall be carried out to ensure that they meet the required dimensions, angles, and surface quality.
