Recently we produced a 45 ton 3 station pipe end forming machine according to our customer`s demands.
This machine is a fully automatic tube end forming machine. It has 3 stations and it is equipped with safety production device. The safety production device is grating sensor.
A grating sensor is made using the principle of grating, which converts the measured physical quantities into optical quantities such as light intensity or light phase, and then converts the optical signal into an electrical signal through an optoelectronic converter. It has the characteristics of high precision, high resolution, and fast dynamic response, and is widely used for measuring physical quantities such as length, vibration, pressure, temperature, etc.
So with the grating sensor, this 3 station pipe end forming machine is very safe for the workers. When the workers suddenly put their their hands into the machine, the grating sensor will make an alarm, and the machine will emergency stop.
And the machine also has another characteristic. It has three stations, and its power can meet 45 ton. The application of this machine is to make the automotive shock absorbers. It can achieve mass and efficient production.
